I have always loved celebrations. 

I spent 13 years working in Human Resources and while I always enjoyed this work, I needed something new and different in my professional life. So I became a marriage celebrant!

The inspiration for me to become a wedding celebrant actually came from my own experience. I was recommended a marriage celebrant for my own wedding and after my first phone conversation with her, I knew she was the perfect person to create and perform our ceremony.

We had wanted our celebrant to understand who we were as a couple. The ceremony our celebrant gave us was thoughtful, unique and relaxed, exactly as we had wanted. It was perfect and I wanted to do the same for other couples.

I just loved the idea of going to ‘work’ and being able to witness and be part of one of the happiest days of people’s lives. 

So I decided to become a Commonwealth Registered Marriage Celebrant. I take the role extremely seriously and I will do everything possible to ensure you have the perfect wedding ceremony. I am a good listener, flexible, relaxed and I have great attention to detail. Most of all I am patient and I will do all it takes to make certain you are both as prepared (and relaxed!) as you can be on your wedding day.
